Media Interview Training, One to One Media Coaching and Reputation Management

Our style

We work with an individuals personal psychology, understanding the feelings people have when they experience change or when they need to be more effective.

Knowing that change can be challenging, we encourage an individual to be the best they can be rather then to become "an actor"and we do all this in an enjoyable and light-hearted way.

Our experience

With over 25 years of experience, Dreamcatcher Media trainers have been presentation/media coaches to Presidents, Prime Ministers, CEOs, Secretaries of State, Olympians, stars of stage and screen and captains of industry.

Our method

At Dreamcatcher Media, we prepare you for every media opportunity facing you and your company. We believe that proactive planning - with a specific message - is the only way to go into a media interview. Furthermore, it is essential to have exact sound bites planned in advance.

Successfully dealing with the media is often no different from succeeding in any other part of your business; it requires planning, strategy, hard work, and allocation of resources.

Whether you are preparing for interviews with the Financial Times, the BBC or Channel 4, we can make you shine. Our goal is simple: to make you confident, comfortable and relaxed in any interview situation AND give you the ability to control not only your message but also your exact quotes used by the media.

Our primary training method is intense, one-on-one and small group, videotaped, simulated media interview sessions. This is the process where the new techniques are ingrained into each participant's skill set. It is imperative that each participant receives as much videotaping and critique time as possible to effectively learn and exercise the techniques. We build the session around your needs and wants. Therefore, whatever your goals and focus are, we will meet them.

Our training programmes run from half a day to two or more days depending on your individual needs and time frames. However, we recommend a minimum of one day for you to benefit from a comprehensive training package.

This one day package covers many aspects of media presentation - from refining your corporate message to practical skills for coping with standard TV and radio interviews. Our two day course takes you a step further, covering all the likely scenarios you may encounter in your interactions with the media, including crisis management. However, we also offer more extended training programmes as required. Courses can be provided in a group setting or in one to one coaching. Follow-up training sessions are available for those who might like to brush up on their skills.
